Cancellation Policy – Letters for Little Heroes

When you subscribe to Letters for Little Heroes, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Each month, a new illustrated hero’s letter is printed and prepared especially for you.

First Month Trial: Our introductory trial letter (if offered) is provided at cost and cannot be refunded or returned.

Ongoing Subscription: After your first month, your subscription renews automatically at the standard monthly price.

Cancellations:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

• If a letter has already been printed and shipped, that month’s order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your customer portal (link provided in your order emails), or by contacting us directly at [your support email].

This policy ensures fairness: every letter is created and mailed personally to your child, which means once it leaves our hands it cannot be recalled.
