We’re delighted to deliver Letters for Little Heroes to families around the world. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship.

1. Dispatch Schedule

• Letters are printed and mailed once a month, in the first week each month.

• Each letter is addressed personally to your child and sent by post.

2. Shipping Costs

• We ship globally.

• Shipping is charged at the actual cost of postage, based on your delivery address and local or international postal rates provided to us.

• Postage costs will be shown at checkout or added to your subscription billing.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Rest of World (including USA & Australia): 7–21 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal services.

4. Missing or Damaged Letters

• If your letter hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch.

• We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct when subscribing.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
