We want your family’s experience with Letters for Little Heroes to be magical. If you ever have concerns about your subscription, reach out to our team — we will always do our best to help.
At Letters for Little Heroes, every letter is written, illustrated, and printed with care, made personal to each subscriber. Because of this, our returns policy is a little different from a standard product.
Trial Orders

Our £1.99 trial letter is offered at cost price.

As this is a non-profit introductory offer, trial letters are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Subscription Letters

Once a letter has been printed, packaged, and dispatched, it is considered sold and final.

Because each letter is created personally for you and your child, returns are not possible.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your letter arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch.

We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. Letters already printed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
